Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy on eligible products purchased through our website.

1. Return Eligibility (Within 7 Days)

Items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered
  • Undamaged
  • With original tags intact

Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Sale products cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Exchange Policy (7 Days)

Exchanges are permitted within 7 days for:

  • Size change
  • Style change

If the replacement product is unavailable:

  • Customers may choose another item of the same value, or
  • Pay the difference for a higher-value product

4. Refund Policy

Cash refunds are issued only in case of wrong product or defective product received.

For other eligible returns, store credit will be provided.

Store credits will be transferred within 30 days of receiving the returned parcel, subject to successful quality inspection.

5. Proof Requirements

  • Defective product received: Product image required
  • Wrong product received: Product + tag images required
  • Wrong size received: Product + tag images required

6. Quality Inspection

All returned items undergo a thorough inspection. Only products that meet return eligibility criteria will be approved.
